Dine With Us
The inn has a cozy bar with carvings rumored to come from Coventry Cathedral after it was bombed during the Second World War. A lovely lounge that offers bar meals and drinks at traditional pub prices.
The cozy seating area and its wood burning fires make this a great place to unwind with a pint or a lovely chilled glass of wine to help wash down some traditional pub food. The inn also has a large beer garden that offers guest the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks outdoors weather permitting of course.
The bar at the inn is popular with the locals and you will be sure to meet a few memorable characters who will be happy to give you a few pointers on your trip and let you know all about Montacute’s fascinating history.
The Rooms
The inn was completely refurbished in March 2013 and now offers 15 spacious and bright bedrooms for individuals, couples and families. Each of our 15 rooms have been designed with your comfort in mind and benefit from all the modern amenities you may expect. All rooms are serviced daily and the inn also offers free off road parking to all guests subject to availablity.
Breakfast is served daily and we offer the choice of either full traditional English or continental style breakfasts together with juice, tea and coffee. As we prepare all meals fresh on the premises, orders can be altered to suit your dietry requirements.
